The new catalog of the refusals has been introduced with community Decision of the Committee n. 2000/532/CE and as actually defined to reach the final layout with the changes and integrations brought by the following Decisions of the Committee n. 2001/118/CE and 2001/119/CE and the Decision of the Suggestion n. 2001/573/CE.

The novelty however you/he/she is not represented only by the passage by two separate lists refusals - that general of the refusals and that of the dangerous refusals - to an only list refusals, on the contrary from a series of more substantial changes.

As first aspect, with the new catalog CER is introduced around 470 new codes you refuse and you/they are suppressed around 280 codes you refuse native. Besides among the 470 new codes, there are any 260 that they concern dangerous refusals.

The codes CER (I Catalog European of the refusals) in vigor from the 1.1.2002 is brought on the Directive of the Office Environment in date 9.4.2002, published on the ordinary supplermento n. 102 to the Gazette Ufficialle n. 108 of May 10 th 2002 - General Series.
